Hittin' the LinksGood day fellow golfers and welcome again to Hittin' the Links. This is a special HTL this week as it marks my one year anniversary as the author. Hopefully, everyone has enjoyed reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it. But enough reminiscing, on with the column.

In this week's volume, we see what changes have been made for next year's Masters, investigate who still hasn't received their Masters invitation, and find out why Anthony Kim got to go home early from Shanghai. Also, we take a look at our President Elect's golf game, find out how Nationwide Tour Champion Matt Bettencourt spent Wednesday night, and congratulate Davis Love III for his 20th PGA Tour win. The end of the golf season draws closer by the day, but there's still lots of excitement out there in the golf world. So sit back, turn your monitors so the boss cannot see what your doing, and follow along as we take a tour of the goings on around golf.

In this edition of HTL, we first check in on Erik Compton's bid for a PGA Tour card, then head to Spain to see how Seve Ballesteros is doing after his recent surgery. After that, we catch up on our goofy news like Danny Lee's near incarceration, and the Korean gentleman who injured his caddy, and finally make a full accounting of who won what tournament around the world. Hittin' the LinksGood day and welcome again to The Sand Trap's Hittin' the Links. The season is winding down with just three events remaining on the PGA Tour and two on the Nationwide Tour, and you cannot help but feel the urgency in the air as those on the bubble try to jockey into position for next year. These are the real play-offs if you ask me.

In this fall edition of HTL we first send our condolences the Camilo Villegas and his family, then switch gears in order to check on Seve Ballesteros after his surgery for brain cancer. After that, we see who won the PGA of America's Player of the Year award then do a complete wrap-up of all the American tours. Read on!

Hittin' the LinksHello again and welcome to another edition of Hittin' the Links. Oh, there is definitely a chill in the air. I hate to admit it but autumn definitely has us firmly in its grasp. Time to get those winter golf clothes out of the closet once again.

In this newest edition of HTL we take an early look at the European Tour's globetrotting 2009 schedule, see what Boo Weekly was doing at a recent NASCAR event, and send our best wishes to the great Seve Ballesteros after his recent diagnosis. Hittin' the LinksGreetings golf fans, and welcome to another edition of everyone's favorite column, Hittin' the Links. Fall is in the air and with it comes the PGA Tour's Fall Finish. What could the golf enthusiast want to watch more than a bunch of guys we've never heard of (and a couple we have) battle it out for those last few paychecks and a chance to secure their PGA Tour privileges for next year. It's like Q School Light - desperation makes for really good TV.

Hittin' the LinksHello again and welcome back to another edition of Hittin' the Links. Well the FedExCup and all the unbelievable excitment that goes with it is over. I know that will leave a giant void in most golf fans lives but we will just have to trudge on, and HTL is here to help.

In this volume, we take a look at Vijay and his newly acquired cup, see how Camilo Villegas is doing after his second consecutive win, and find out what happened to Anthony Kim. Hittin' the LinksGood Day and welcome again to Hittin' the Links. HTL took a needed vacation last week to make room for the Rules Quiz, but is again back in action bringing you the best in golf off the world wide web.

In this one hundred and sixty first volume, we first take in all that is great about the U.S. Ryder Cup victory. After that, we see what else was going on on the PGA Tour, see how it goes in Michelle Wie's quest for an LPGA Tour card, and find out who has again fallen victim to those dangerous golf cart accidents. In addition, we check in on the ailing Tom Watson, see who missed too many cuts to be eligible for the Vardon trophy, and take a peek at whats left on the PGA Tour schedule. Read on!

Hittin' the LinksHello and good day to you golf fans. Hittin' the Links is again coming to you a day tardy this week due to the Newport Cup. I do apologize, but late is better than never.

In this one hundred and sixtieth volume of HTL we see why the Americans seem to always have trouble beating the Europeans, look at some more fixes for the FedExCup, and see where Aaron Baddeley will be spending the next month.
