The questions should probably be "Who will be allowed to play in Dubai?" Dubai (along with the rest of the United Arab Emirates) doesn't allow anyone who is of the Jewish faith to enter to country. Furthermore, if you have ever travelled to Israel (Jewish or not) you are barred from entering Dubai. I understand the politics in the middle east are not pretty, but for the European Tour to schedule a major event in a country that openly discriminates on the basis of religion is unacceptable.
