I had no idea of his background and really think you did a great job of questionnaire. Warren is a great person and I really like playing out there at Bougainvillea GC. Being just transplanted to this area from California (SF Bay Area), there isn't allot of owner/operators in his category. I feel welcome each and every time I play at Bougainvillea by all his staff. Warren and his staff are five stars in my book. Improvements to the course over this past year is quite amazing too. I like the play of all the course holes. Being a mediocre player, the course fits me, although at times the course boast it's not just an average course. I don't take this course light-heartedly. Grrreat job grounds superintendent and crew.
