This club is brand new, still in the plastic and never been hit!

I inadvertently made a bid on Ebay for it, thinking I was getting a sweet Tour Burner. Much to my surprise, it was a TP, and I didn't realize this until I had already won the auction. I was keying in on the upgraded Rombax TP-75 (75 grams) stiff flex shaft and glossed right over the TP part of the item description. The shaft alone is worth $275. The TP-75 is equivalent to the Fujikura Rombax W 7W06; torque-2.5/ spin-low/ launch-mid/bend point-mid.

Some of you guys on here are scratch golfers and I know you'd make better use of this club than I ever could. I am simply scared of what kind of ball trajectory I might get with the 2* open club face. I'd go try to hit it myself to see what it's like, but I don't want to take the plastic off of it to find out. If this were not a TP, I wouldn't be selling it.

The Tour Burner TP retails for $399. With the upgraded shaft, it's more like $675!

My offer: $200 + shipping

Pics... I'll add them later if there is interest.
But in the meantime, it looks exactly like this one on Ebay...

I have a Tour Burner TP and it is hardly 2* open. I'd say 1* AT THE MOST. I'd give it a whirl and see what kind of results you get. Those tour burners are pretty sweet clubs.

Well... the Taylormade literature says it's 2-degrees open. Hard to detect by eyeballing it, but I'm sure they're right.

I'd love to try it out to see how good (or bad) I do with it. However, I decided not to take the plastic off so I could sell the club as NEW. The clubface has never come into contact with a ball.. ever. I already bought an r7 Limited, so I'm just attempting to recover my losses.

Thanks for your input.

Regardless, good luck with the sale. Somebody is going to get a great club.

If there is no interest by next Wednesday, I'll be putting it on eBay and taking my chances. So if you want this SWEET club, speak up.
