Just wanted to compare these two brands in terms of custom fitting. Which do you prefer and why?

KZG is good stuff IMO havent dont too much with the other, but KZG gets great reviews from club fitters.

imo kzg is top of the line equipment. have had fairway woods and irons ( 2 sets) and they are beautifully made forged irons. have no experience with nakashime but they have a good reputation from knowledgable players. KZG fitters are carefully screened for experience and integrity. Look at the kzg web site for more info.

I have to say that Nakashima is an awesome club brand. I have the NX hybrid, and its the best i ever swung. So much control, but not as hot off the face as the nike slingshot. Even look wise its cool. It def has some muscle to it. I want to get the driver now.

I have been thinking about getting a set of KZG's. Local Pro Shop at a little 9 hole course has them, I just need to demo some. The club fitter there raves about them, as do many people I run into on the local courses who have them.

Local club fitter here raves about both of these companies. Very high end clubs.
