Does my swing fit my advice?

    So here is my swing.

Do you think the advice I have given over the years shows up at all in the swing I am making?

Equipment, Setup, Finish, Balance, and Relax. All equal in importance and all dependent on each other. They are the cornerstones of a good golf swing.

Nice swing ringer you defiently look like you play scratch golf. Obviously I know it takes more than a technical swing, but...........................

    It looks great!

Its definitely a confident swing, but it also looks a tad uncomfortable, quite 'squat' at address, with body behind the ball and hands ahead of the ball, just looks a little bit awkward.

But can't knock it if it works and over all it's a solid swing.

Looks text book to me, very Hoganesque. Single plane, nice control. I'll trade you for mine!

I haven't read that much advice from you. Hope I do.

All that is missing is a twirl at the end. Nice move, I don't doubt your scratch status. What are your aspirations in golf?

You want your body behind and your hands ahead of the ball.

Ringer you have a great swing it looks like you have spent a lot of time building it to where it is. Good athletic setup with a nice full turn.

Re: Does my swing fit my advice?

Any swing in the middle of January is nice to me.

Your swing looks like it can hit good shots to me, which isn't surprising. If there's one thing I could pick out (I'm fishing for it a bit), it would be that it looks like your sliding a bit on the downswing.

The best part about your swing is how athletic your setup is. It looks like all you have to do from there is push a button. I am a little confused though, why are you doubting your swing anyway?

For everyone else, I don't think the 0.0 represents a 0 handicap - it stands for "professional," i.e. no handicap. He's a teaching professional.

Didn't mean it was wrong, just meant he looked a bit uncomfortable Still a nice swing though.
