there are plenty of youtube video`s that can work you through any problems you may have if you are willing to invest the time and practice

from a durability standpoint do you have a preference ? from a performance perspective how do they differ  ? 

for that price I`d say it looks real "enough".  if it is a fake and you paid a fire sale price , did you really get hurt ?
