No. Each play is a independent contractor. With that being said, I do like the LPGA's rule about playing a event once every three years, I think it is three years.

Nothing beats hitting outside at an open range. Simulators are only as good as the type, the person that set them up and the person operating it when you are hitting. I'll take the range anyday.
I like ebay for selling but I never buy anything there. The counterfeits out number the real stuff two to one in many sections and golf clubs are no exception. Here is as good a place as any to start selling.
You can also just call or visit Tampa area courses and talk with their instructors. You may have to try a couple to find the right person for you but I would think there would be some very good teachers in the area.
