I just recently had this same exact problem.   What I was doing, was getting to flat on the backswing. Once I made a more upright backswing, i started flushing everything with a small draw.   Try that.

I sure bet you that Phil wouldn't mind the entire 4 majors being at Augusta National, he absolutley loves that place.
