I usually drink water and Gatorade. Depending on how hot it is I feel like the Gatorade helps give me energy later in the round.

I don't keep mine in the trunk but I put them in the car almost always when I go somewhere. I bring them in case I get a chance to play or stop by the range, other wise I bring them in.
