 I was B-Fit for Bridgestone Tour B330-S golf balls   - Adam Scott  -9 - Keegan Bradley -10 - Scott Piercy -10
He definitely did not look good on the holes he played in round 4.  He had 65 yds left for his second on the 211-yd par 3. Made par, but one of the worst tee shots I've seen from a pro in awhile. Fatter than fat.
Believe they had to start testing (2009) in order to get the game in the Olympics. No testing, no Olympic golf. Good NY Times article on the lack of transparency.www.nytimes.com/2014/08/02/spo...ref=sports&_r=2
I was thinking more along the lines of Obi-Wan Kenobi using the Jedi mind trick: Media: Tell us about DJ.The Tour: [with a small wave of his hand] You don't need to know about DJ.Media:: We don't need to know about DJ.The Tour:   He is not the the golfer you're looking for.Media: He is not the golfer we are looking for.The Tour: We can go about our business.Media: You can go about your business. The Tour: Move along.Media: Move along... move along.
And the Tour responds to Golf.com's report. You can't make this stuff up. “With regard to media reports that Dustin Johnson has been suspended by the PGA Tour,” the statement read, “this is to clarify that Mr. Johnson has taken a voluntary leave of absence and is not under a suspension from the PGA Tour.”
Yes, I meant both DJ and the Tour.  As you said, it just leads others to speculate.
Does both a disservice by not going public, IMO. Hurts their case with Vijay, too. We'll see. 2nd failed test I believe is 6 months (that is if his back injury by lifting a jet ski was a 1st failed test). If he doesn't defend his WGC - China and returns the first week of January, I think we'll know the answer. Wonder what the "Great One" thinks of this?
The Bridgestone World Championship is this week in Akron.  An interesting tweet by Will Gray of the Golf Channel. "If neither wins this week in Akron, Monday will be first day since Jan. 21, 1995 that neither Tiger nor Phil holds a current PGA Tour title." That is a pretty impressive statistic to how consistent those two guys have been.  Almost twenty years since neither is a defender of a tournament title.
I want to win a Callaway Big Bertha driver! Adam Scott -6 Zach Johnson -9 Paul Lawrie -5
Lee Westwood  -3 John Senden  -4 Hunter Mahan -1
