maybe taking the ball in 2 hands each on the sides and hold it down where you would be gripping the club and slowly mimic a golf swing especially wrist wise.  so when you take it back put your left hand over right and on the downswing, rotate right over left....im just thinking of this off the top of my head but it will probably work
first off, set up wise i would stand closer to the ball.  your arms look tense and not relaxed, your arms should be dropping almost straight down and should be very relaxed.  ex: at :26 you can see an upside down "v" shape formed between your arms and body, this "v" shouldnt be this big and should almost look like a right triangle with points at your belt, hands, and armpit area.  this big "v" that you have goin on now could be resulting in you hitting the ball off the...
