I only played Pro V1x until I tried NXT Tour. They are great and I dont know if I'd go back to the Pro V1x.  For me, they fly lower off the driver, roll like crazy and are just as soft off the irons. They are a little harder off...

I played ProV1x until my wife bought me a dozen of the NXT Tour. They are great. Lower trajectory and better roll for me, so I'm sold. They are a little harder off the putter, but still a great ball.
