I just bought Ballard's book, from the reviews i have read, they say its a very good book...

I was wondering if you have read this book....he talk about how relaxed you need to be at address, with the arms, hands, and shoulders passive.....do you think that goes for the S&T also, or do you think you have to use the arms...

anyone?????
