I was out in the yard this morning with my 60 degree just hitting around and i found out something very interesting, when i try to keep the flying wedge, it keeps my wrist from rolling over. this rolling of the wrist should automatic...

so the posture that the S&T guys promote is the correct way....with the shoulders curved, and chin down, feet angled out 20 degrees????......i guess this might be why my lower back hurts cause i didnt listen to them....

what interest me is how much air he got on his ball even thought he was hitting down.......was he keeping his flying wedge is this the reason why he was getting such great air?

The people at GolfWrx.com are big fans of Geoff Jones teaching method....Do you guys know anything about it.....also is it maybe a better instruction than the Stack and Tilt?   Thanks
