Ughh Labrum is a painful one.  Primary issue being lack of blood supply to not only the labrum but your Rotator cuff tendons.  Internal and External rotation is what they'll have you do.  Eccentrics - the lowering part of an exercise promotes collagen growth better then the concentric or up part of the movement so focus there. Love the Turkish Get-Up but a clean or snatch would be a huge mistake IMO.  No reason to pound your shoulders after or before a round of golf.  Save the Olympic lifts for another day.
Not sure what kind of shape you are in but I would do it after -- you don't want to play fatigued (unless it's a light workout).   I'd start with an active warmup hitting all 3 planes (3 directions) glute bridges, side planks, and on all 4's opposite leg / arm out (then switch) for your warm up.  Also stick to pulling motions (so if you lift by muscle groups, back and biceps for example)...
