I wonder how Ronda Rousey would fare in a fight with a lower-ranked male of the same weight class.
About 8 weeks ago I developed a bad case of elbow tendonitis. After reading about the effectiveness of Cissus extract for its healing properties, I bought a supplement called Elbow Revive, which has cissus in it.  I've made incredible improvements with just taking the supplement and resting, but would like to throw in some exercises or stretches to prevent it from returning.  Any suggestions?
Gotta go with Kerrygold grass fed butter.  Throw in some MCT oil and you're good to go til Noon!
I've been trying to find a new show to get into now that a lot of good ones are coming to an end.  I watched the first episode of Peaky Blinders on Netflix last night.  Seems promising.  Have to put up with their accents though.
Well, if (when?) Tiger has his comeback, I'm sure everyone will be saying, "Told ya so!"  Haha.
yep.  this kid is legit.
it's 2014.  by now people should know that low carb isn't just a fad diet.  obviously some carbs you want to keep (vegetables).  eliminating grains and sugars and limiting starches is unquestionably healthier than what's become the traditional approach of low fat/low calorie diets.  not only will you lose weight, you'll also decrease inflammation, and improve performance (both physically and cognitively).  Try it for a month and notice the differences in how you look and...
Finished Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian not too long ago.  So freaking good.  Definitely dark and gory at parts, but beautiful... if you know anything about McCarthy's writing style (he also wrote The Counselor, No Country For Old Men, All The Pretty Horses, and others), you won't be surprised.  It's set in the Old West about an outlaw "Kid" that gets recruited to be a scalp hunter for the army, then turns outlaw again, there's a maniacal preacher... crazy stuff.  can't...
I think it's a cool idea, as do a lot of people that probably frequent golf forums.  But I'm not sure how big the market is for people that would actually pay for it.  Even your standard big name globo gym with the market of the entire population has a tough time staying open.  That being said, it is a good niche.  I'd like to see what happens.
Agreed.  The Two Escobars was unbelievable.  One of my favorite documentaries, not just 30 For 30, but of all time.
