I have been walking for about an hour daily. I have been simpy walking an hour a day for the last 3 -4 weeks and it has been wonderful for my lower back.   Start easy and listen to your body but walking is low impact especially if you choose the right surface to walk on.  I walk on a dirt track but other tracks have the softer rubber or even walking on sand at the beach.   walking has helped my on the last few hole of the round and I am starting to carry 14 clubs in my bag instead of 13.   I also use...

My pushes are if I take the club back on a longer than usual path back on my backswing or If my hands are too far away from my body at address
1) One last though before you putt is to truly believe that you will make the putt. 2) The more you practice the more confidence you get with your putting. 3) Keep a record of you putts per hole, front, back nine and track your progress 4) Remember putt for dough and drive for show. 5) Theres no better feeling that sinking a 10 foot putt to win your match
