It looks like you are a little steep which is causing the over the top action. If your swing is too steep (I would have to see a different angle)... this could explain why your follow through seems forced. A flatter swing would promote...
With your slice... is it starting left then slicing towards the center or is it starting out straight and slicing right? As for your Irons... stay down.
