What's so special about them? Do they feel REALLY NICE? I'll dish out the $18 for a really nice grip, but won't if they aren't that great.

I have one on my putter and love it. It pretty much the same grip that is on the Scotty Cameron Studio Style. Great Feel.

I have one on my Odyssey Black Series i #9. I really like this grip, it took a week to wear down a bit so that it had a sort of powdery soft feel. Once you achieve that soft feel, the grip is amazing. Great traction and doesn't need to be cleaned all that often. My stroke seems smoother and more relaxed as a result of this feel. There is a great variety of colors as well. Only thing to note is that this grip is slightly thicker than the Pingman grip or the Cameron pistol grips even at standard size.

I agree with the above posters. Very nice grip. I currently have a spared Yellow mid sized iomic putter grip which I will use when my current grip wears out.

I'm planning to regrip my driver with Iomic Sticky grip. They are pretty steep at $15 a piece.

How's Iomic Sticky compared to Golf Pride Tour Velvet? Is it rubber feel or leather feel?

Very rubbery, I hate it. Then again I like cords. I got mine for 2 bucks a piece clearance at edwin watts, thank god I didn't pay a lot for them cause I switched them out a week later. I prefer the tour velvet over the iomic sticky any day.

Like I said, "clearance at edwin watts" apparently iomic sent them a bunch to try out and no one bought them. It was in store purchase, I had diff colors on each club but that doesn't change how they felt.

They're pricey but I just recently tried out the Stickys and they've been unreal. They feel alot traction wise like tour velvets but once you start using them it almost felt like they softened up and became even more tacky.

Overall really liked the feel and after a few swings you notice the difference in the material, its a polymer, not a rubber, and feels pretty cool. I'm definitely impressed.

Agreed with wrx. tour velvets are more than enough. The iomic tackys are WAY too tacky and soft.

GP Cords are good grips but they are complete opposites... cant even compare the two. My cords on my protos wore out in no time. My iomics have lasted two years so far... and they do gain more feel after they are broken in.

I've got the Iomic's on my woods, but went with the Tacki Mac corded Itomic's on my irons and they are a LOT nicer. Time to re-grip my woods! Go with the black ones though...

not if you clean em with brake cleaner

they come out like brand new after....just sayin......
