Bought a new club today....

Its always fun to buy a new club. I bought a Taylor Made R9 5 Wood... I rarely ever hit my hybrids because I dont like them much, so I really only have a Driver and next is 6 iron... So I had a huge gap. I hit this club like a champ at a Taylor Made Demo day at my home course last week...

Im excited!! Cant wait to try it and close it a degree and see what it does...

Driver: D2 - 10.5° - Fujikura Rombax 5X07
5 Wood: R9 - 19°
Irons: Taylor Made CB
Wedges: Vokey Oil Can 52°, 56°, 64°
Putter: Scotty Custom Studio Design  Balls: ProV1

Good luck with it. Take your time learning how to hit it well. There isn't much better than a new toy to play with!

Yeah that was a large gap. But you still need to close it. Add a hybrid, or some longer irons.

Congrats on the purchase, I bought a new Taylormade Superfast 3 wood yesterday and LOVE it. I'm about 15 yards longer with it than my Nike SQ Dymo.

In my Nike Sport Cart Bag:
