Has obviously watched a lot at the Scandinavian Masters now , and one can not but be impressed by Noren ! So I searched a bit on youtube and found a lot of flop shots of him and this course looked really hard out ! I searched some more and then I got a video where it looked like a guy who made it here , but he also kicked the ball and pulled it on the volley with a pure hit !

Now to my question as a beginner in golf , how hard is it ? Does look like you need a proper ball talent ?

That is indeed difficult.  You need a mat/lie that is very fluffy, to get under the ball with the clubhead speed to allow you to swing the clubhead all the way through the ball (putting it in a position to catch it with a flat clubface) while not hitting the ball very high.  From there, the juggling of the ball is not difficult at all, and hitting it out of the air is not to bad either.

Bottom line is you can practice part 2 and 3 easily anywhere... it's the first part that is tough in my opinion.
