I think it looks really nice.  What are you major issues?  What miss do you hate the most?

Lately I have been getting the club laid off and cant seem to stop. If you could look at it and give me some tips that would be great!

I'd love to see a face-on video, but for now I'm going to keep this simple based on what I can see in the video (you're a bit silhouetted):

  1. Watch a bunch of video of Ian Poulter. Very Ian-ish swing.
  2. I believe your left-hand grip is likely pretty far up in the palm rather than down far enough in the fingers.
  3. You're going to want to cup your left wrist slightly as you take the club away and to the top to help stop it from getting so flat. Just feel like the club is pointing to right field or the second baseman for a bit.

Shoot some better lit video and a face-on view too. Maybe a closeup of your grip from a few angles.

I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years

My current handicap index or average score is:77-80

My typical ball flight is: small draw

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: heel

I am usually a pretty good ball striker but I took some time off because I needed a break from the game and I come back to hitting heel shots and some shanks. Usually for me when I am shanking the club is way inside out and it's an easy fix. But I look at the video and

im on plane pretty well so I am a little confused

I think you can start to change this impact pic if your free up the hips on the backswing, get things more dynamic.  You can definitely play laid off but having a straight left leg at impact makes it very hard.  Definitely effects the direction the sweet spot travels into the ball.  I think the feet flares will really help.

I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years

My current handicap index or average score is: 4.2

My typical ball flight is: 5 yard draw

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Toe hits

Videos:

(DTL)

(FO)

I am usually a pretty good ballstriker and I average around 10 greens a round and lately I just cant hit the center of the club and am consistently missing it off the toe. I take lessons but not very often and I feel like I know the swing well enough to fix my faults. I think my club is too steep as my divots are deep. Any ideas on how I could be hitting it off the toe so badly?

I merged your thread - keep just one "My Swing" thread please. And you should really stop deleting your videos - it makes your thread look bad.

Review the post I made for you in March and turn both feet out at address.  Will help with Key #2, Weight Forward at impact and fix those toe shots.  Try to make the picture look the right one below rather than straightening the left knee so soon, sending the path across the ball.  If the weight is forward/lower center is forward, then the club can get out of the ground, unlike what you're doing, you can't extend or thrust into the followthrough because the weight is back, hips aren't forward, left knee is straight.

I agree with the getting to the left side but tiger or anybody does not have a flexed front leg at impact. They all post up.

Your left knee needs to remain flexed throughout the downswing and only "posts up" at around A6.

You don't get forward.

Conclusion: stop focusing on "posting up" because it's causing you problems.

And be careful not to hyper-extend that knee ... Yikes!

I took a look at it and it makes a lot more sense. The only question I have is that was weight distribution for an iron, is the driver the same?

Thanks
