I want to institute somewhat of a bet with my playing group. 10 push ups for the ball landing anywhere other than fairway or green. Will probably translate to about 200 push ups per round for me, lol.

I've played penny a yard a few times. If the first hole is 350 yards, the winner of the hole gets $3.50. We play with carry overs. We yuck it up early but when there's been about 9 carry overs, it gets a little quiet. Some loud mouth challenged my friend to a dollar a yard. My friend didn't have that kind of money if he lost, but some stranger said "I'll back you just to shut him up". My friend was a scratch golfer and won about $5K. The loud mouth stiffed him, but he never showed his face again. :)
