Does anyone else play college club golf?

I recently got a club golf team up and running at my university this semester. I'm very excited for it to begin. I didn't start playing until after high school so this is my chance at 'competitive' golf. We are hoping to join the NCCGA (National Collegiate Club Golf Association) next semester, which will allow us to compete in regional and national tourneys.

Has anyone else played club golf? Where, how was your experience?

I'd like to, but I go to school with 80% arabic people. If I have to hear "wulla bro yumshuk" one more day of the week I might kill myself.

I did my first few years (just started my junior year). On the team at my school you could either try to do competitive matches or just play and practice, which was nice.
