Aren't they mostly the same as last years, but with slightly diff color scheme?  I have the ones from last year and they're very comfortable.

My 'script would be a picture of a pile of clothes sitting on a hotel bed ;)

If it's a typical British Open, shouldn't they also include their rainsuits?  Usually see them wearing those a lot more often. :)

You know I'm surprised they haven't thought of that. What could be a better time to advertise the rain suits? Seems kind of obvious considering I've seen interviews with both Rickie and Day saying they've recently practiced wearing rain gear. Though here rain gear is a permanent clearance rack item.

I chuckled the first time I saw that too, then thought ... "Wait, we're out on a golf course, walking through grass and dirt and mud, so if those guys don't own hiking boots, what's the next best thing?"  Then I stopped laughing at them because even though I wouldn't do it - because I have a perfectly good pair of grubby sneakers for just that sort of thing - it actually makes perfect sense.

They're not comfortable enough for me.  Much rather be in my gym shoes.
