Sore Wrist After Playing

1 post in this topic

Hello again everyone, Ive noticed that my left wrist is getting quite sore after hitting some balls and wondered if anyone else experienced the same when they started? One possible cause could be my grip as I have rather small hands and find myself really stretching my hands to fit around the club securely, Im currently using the Vardon grip but think I will change to the interlocking grip in a attempt to feel a little more comfortable and reduce the stress on my wrist. I also have quite a strong grip and really have to work on forcing my right hand around the club to achieve a more neutral grip which is extremely uncomfortable. My main question is really wether the soreness in natural when starting? Also should I look at settling with a less than perfect grip for comfort? Ant thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Dave

The current shat on the clubs I want to buy is the KBS TOUR v-90 which I think it is very different from my DG S300.

We knew it was just a matter I time to be back in the 80s easily.  Each part of your game was showing that capability easily.  It was just a bad round driving, a fluke bunker, out of characteristic three putts- you name it.  One part of your game each day seemed to set you back, but overall each was good enough in the big picture to put you well into the 80s.   So I'm not surprised.  Great to see the consistency coming around though.  I think I've said above: you've definitely earned it! Hope you roll right through the 80s now!
