Interestingly enough, I often an repulsed by food early in the day. People say breakfast is the most important, but usually I find the idea of eating before noon or one in the afternoon unpleasant and end up not eating until lunch other than maybe a small granola bar (which is bland enough to not be unappetizing in snap enough qualities).
