I use Swing by Swing and really like it. Has maps of tons of courses and you can track any shot with the push of a button via the GPS. I use the free version, but there is also a paid version that will track GIR, FIR and the like. All mine tracks is score and putts.

I use the GolfShot app on my iPad.  Keeps lots of stats, including yardage of your shot if you ask it to.  Then it emails me a copy of the scorecard.  It also keeps your stats online.  Cost is about $30/yr.
