Swings are difficult to assess but IMO 1-your swing path is too outside and upright 2-with the club face remaining shut a long way up,3-your right arm is too rigid on the way up,IMO it should be folding more.4-Your weight is on your heels and 5- the straightening of the right leg is open for discussion relative to MVMAC.These photos somewhat show the difference between you and MVMAC....hope you don't mind these critical observations.
I'm lucky - my wife really gets me. She knows that if I don't get to spend at least a little time doing things like golf or fishing, I get pretty grumpy/depressed. It totally happens, too . .it's not even an excuse. I'm also lucky in that I'm self employed . .but, honestly, I don't let myself play hooky as much as some other bosses I've had, lol.
In the last couple of years, I haven't had time to do more than take a handful of lessons and practice at the range but my youngest is 2 and a half now and starting to be a bit less needy . .so my golfing future is looking bright. 6 rounds in 2016!
Beautiful day, horrible golf. I was glad I was by myself.
One of those rounds the golfing gods give you every now and then to make sure you're not getting any kind of an ego. I hit fat, I dug holes with my irons, skied my driver three times, left chips 20 feet short, topped a 6i, lipped out five times, went in every bunker I could see (and some I didn't see) and just generally sucked. Lost four balls, broke my 5i and had passed 100 by 15.
I topped it all off by skying a drive and losing it in the sun. The ball landed 100 yards forward and left, plopping softly on a green where another group were putting. That was one of the more embarrassing walks of my golfing career.
