Just ordered new sticks. Now I have a question about wedge's and shafts...

After much deliberation, internet research and forum trolling, I pulled the trigger on some new Mizuno MP 64's!  I'm very excited about the purchase and can't wait for the new sticks to arrive.  Now that I have that behind me, I'm looking into matching up my wedge set to the rest of my irons.

My current wedge's are Vokey SM 54*10 and 58*8.  Each wedge has a different shaft and both differ from my current and upcoming PX 5.5 rifles.  I don't like the bounce options on Mizuno's new wedge offerings, so I'm most likely going to stick with the Vokey's.  Question is, do I swap out the shafts to match the set?  I've never felt my wedge shafts felt the same as the rest of my irons.  Whats more, I don't feel my wedges feel the same.  How many people are ordering wedges with the same shaft as their irons?  Does it make sense to do that?  Does Project X make a shaft designed for a wedge?  Looking for your knowledge.  Thanks

I'm a firm believer in matching your wedge shafts to you set. I play a soft stepped X100 in my I20s and my vokey wedges. Still plenty of spin and I like knowing the feel throughout my bag.

Why? That's not done among most PGA Tour players. I have very different shafts in my irons and wedges.

I think people should be fit separately and specifically for wedge shafts.

Agree here, i think the wedges should be the same brand and shaft, but can be completely different than the irons. Heck some tour players are mixing in GI clubs at the higher end, 3-5 irons range, so maybe same brand, different models. So there is difference there as well.
