LOL.  I go from 75- 90 on any given day.

That sums up my game pretty well.  I'm down to 8.7 from 12.3 from a year ago, but I don't feel like I am actually any better than I was last year.

Down .3 to 30.1.

I need to get more golf in.  Only 2 nine hole rounds in for this last revision...

I am up to a 7.9. That is because my score is hinging on a maybe 2-3 rounds from last year. If I don't supplement those soon, #BOOM goes the handicap.

14.5 as of today -- best it's ever been. Unfortunately, my next round removes a 14.3 differential from the list, and four rounds from now I lose a 10.3. Lowest unused differential (11th best of 20 most recent) is 18.5. Hopefully I'm able to play well enough to keep the handicap from creeping up! :-)

Think positive! You will play better the next 3 rounds!

Revision out today dropped from 8.9 to 8.4 due to a 73 last weekend. My Thursday night league has not been posting my scores like they normally do so will have to check on it. Still have scores in my last 20 from 2013.

Slight regression, Lihu, if I read this correctly?

Yes, unfortunately. I missed a few more greens the last few rounds, plus I shot a few poor rounds topped off with an 87 and 88 which significantly raised the AHI. I also made a mistake in the AHI, it should still be 12.5 not 10.1, as the date range was incorrectly set for this statistic.

In one round, reducing GIR was on purpose because the course was unfamiliar to me and there was lots of water and OB potential. Hit more fairways because I was conservative off the tee using mid-irons. Still shot 82, but only because someone told me where to hit, etc.

Thanks for noticing the error. . .

See my problem is i didnt track my scores religiously. Until about 8 rounds ago. I was scoring mid 90s for about my last 15 rounds. Last 3 rounds where 89, 84, 86. I can make a guess my using 95 for 7 rounds and then adding my last 3 rounds for 10. But it. Wouldnt be completely accurate as my last few 90 scores have been like 92 90 94 ish. What are yalls thoughts

My thoughts are that you need to establish a handicap. You can do so through the FSGA, here.... http://www.fsga.org/sections/Handicaps/Florida-GHIN-Handicap®/28 Like the commercial says, just do it! ;-)

My index rose to 12.7 today. I've been playing well lately but I had a score of 80 (differential 9.0) drop out of my last 20 scores during this revision.

19.6 -> 18.9.  Lowest it's ever been, but I have a 19.1 differential about to drop out and a couple of 21.9s I need to improve upon before the next revision or I'll be trending back upward.

Mine dropped to a 11.7 due to some low 9 hole rounds. I was playing well but have not been able to put a round of 18 in the 70's yet. Not sure I should drop too low because of combined rounds.

  • 2 weeks later...

Going the wrong direction still, I'm hitting the ball decently enough to be a high 4 or even lower, it's just the blowup holes are killing me.  7.3
