Do you remember all the shots in your round? I have a tendency to only remember the long game.

I remember every shot and even the putts with the exception of the putt distance.  I write that down.

I generally can remember them.......sometimes I choose not to.

Sometimes I get help from scorecard design. If the scorecard has an outline of each hole above the yardage and hole score box, I often sketch the shot path after the hole.

Big problem, some cards are slick on one side, so then it's hard to get a sketch line with a scoring pencil.

If I review the shot sketches right after the round, it usually triggers recall of the short-game events.

Also, some courses help you here. Far Oaks GC near St. Louis a standard scorecard, plus a combo yardage-booklet and scorecard where you can chart each stroke. In the booklet, each hole has a grid beside it where you can mark your drive as left, right or hit (fairway) / approaches L, R, short. long, or on green / and info chips and putts too. (I'm describing this from memory; can't remember where I put the booklet).

I can recount every shot I take during a round, and that memory lasts for possibly 2-3 rounds played afterwards.  I play a lot so these 'every shot' memories don't' stay for long.    I can still can recount every shot for a few 9's and 18 hole rounds dating back 15+yrs.....but these rounds are the exception to the rule.
