The target looks like a tiny dot from the balcony.

Lee Westwood is pretty amazing. 7 iron? I was thinking that they would need to use a shorter club at 100 yards up and 235 out.

How many shots would it take you to even hit the barge? I think it would take me many a large bucket, if at all. :-D

Wimps. I'd have gamed a sand wedge there and taken a little off it. Hit it in the dime sized brown spot with a low spinner. Smooth as glass with my Ping Eye2.

(That's from memory so I'm sure I didn't get anything quite right…)

This went over my head. Methinks there's a thread or two I didn't read I need to get this. I generally avoid, how do I put this delicately, CRACKPOT-ish threads.

Ping Eye2 are the hottest sticks on the market, total jewels.  Mine pretty much tear through trees and the like, GIR is up to 84%.  If you don't bag Pings you're a total 'mo.

Starts off a little slow but gets better and better. Classic thread gone full-retard.

Enjoy.

Thanks. I think. :-) BTW, I own a set of PE2s black dot. They're not bad, but I prefer my Titleists. IMHO, the hype is not commensurate with the performance.

I "bag" the PING Eye2(0). Does that count? :-D

The extra 0 takes away from my GIR though, with 8.4% GIR

I just read through that whole thread... classic. I will say that I have a set of Ping eye 2s in the garage and they are absolutely the ugliest irons I've ever seen or played. Period.

I have to ask the obvious question, was that really iacas?

Was what me? Was I also Famous Davis? No. I've only ever been iacas.

How on earth is that an obvious question??

lol I would be like Stenson, gripping it tighter so the club doesn't fall out of my hands.
