What is the difference and pluses and minuses of both of these methods?

I am 65 and am leaning to studying the square to square given its promotion about it being easier on the body but the single plane seems interesting also!

Any thoughts?

I don't know much about either method. One of our members, @rustyredcab is very knowledgable about the Moe swing and may be able to provide some insight. At the risk of sounding like one of the herd, I'd recommend at least giving the 5SK guys some consideration because they don't use a cookie cutter approach and will work with what you already have and what physical limitations you may have.
