I found this at a flea market a few years back. I know it has something to do with Golf. But it seems like some sort of golf board game. At first I thought it was a Tic Tac Toe game but it,s not.

Its Tic-Tac-Toe. I owned that same one when I was younger, except it came with an extra piece. So you would have 5 of each piece,
