Basically the same swing from two different camera angles, more on that here

I think the difference in backswing length is also due to camera angle, right view is lower, and he probably just made a slightly faster paced swing.

How do you think his swing looks Mike?

I think it looks pretty good. There was one swing on Thursday (first shot he knocked close on his second nine?) that was about 80% speed and looked awesome.

For the most part I think Tiger not swinging at 110% speed is a good thing, he'll put it in play more and when he puts the ball in play he's really tough to beat. Needs to bring more of his range tempo to the course. My biggest "pet peeve" with his swing is the high right shoulder in the followthrough, just can't stand seeing him do it. When he swings at a more reasonable pace (video below) the shoulders stay more inclined and he doesn't "pop" out of it.
