Nominate;a member of The Sand Trap for a month of free "in-depth" online lessons with both/either Erik ( @iacas ) and/or myself ( @mvmac ). The nominations are open for the entire month of July and the member that is selected with receive the lessons during the month of August.

The online lessons will take place in the winner's "My Swing" thread and will contain a mixture of video and photos. Check out last month's winner .

One nomination per member. You can nominate yourself, someone who might not be able to afford quality instruction or someone who you feel is a solid member and would benefit from working with Erik and I.

To nominate someone, just post in this thread. When you post make sure to tag the member using the @ symbol. If you're on a mobile device, make sure you click the button to actually use the @ symbol to link to the person.

Most of you are already on evolvr or taking live lessons, so since I am taking a month off what would be better than coming back in Aug for some great instruction from Erik or Mike? I nominate @Abu3baid ;)

Question here.....Should we not nominate anybody taking current Evolvr lessons?  If so, how do we know who is?

My first thought when I read that list was @saevel25 .  But then I thought he is further along with his swing, so it is possible the whole month would be working on the same piece.

I also feel it needs to be someone who will take it seriously.

IAD = Internet Adjusted Distance (in yards)
ADD = Actual Driver Distance (in yards)

It is. We have a lot of members here (as well as some others) using it. We've even had European Tour players on evolvr…

      I have a putting mat in my office. It's 9 feet long almost 4 feet wide. I've drawn a line down it in order to practice hitting my line and stuff. Works fine for what it is.  While I'm not a fan of lining up a line on my golfball for every putt. I think for practice sessions it can have a lot of value.  To me this product makes sense.       Angle is not a factor. I hit the ball 100’ high. Par is net birdie. My CH is 16. The rough between the bunkers is like 10’ wide though. That’s not something you’re going to try to hit on purpose. Most of the area to the left of that is fescue/native vegetation and I’m pretty sure there isn’t a flat lie in any of it. It’s the second hole.
