Loud clothing on the course Good or Bad for golf

I see it all at the places I play. From jeans and hoodies to guys dressed like the PGA Superstore mannequin. I really don't don't care as long as the course and the people playing it are respected. It's a golf course not the red carpet. That said I would like it if more courses enforced their dress code. Those that don't typically have other issues.
