		<description>I think the implementation of the cut is a good thing.  I think the PGA is basically welfare for these rich golfers, who don&#039;t work hard to challenge the top 5.

What I would like to see happen is the following, if there is a 5 or 6 stroke difference between the 1st place and 2nd place, then 90% of the purse should go to the winner and 10% distributed to 2-9 and send everyone else home without anything.  Get them out of professional golf and lets get players that are willing to work really hard to dislodge the top.

It should be a business and not a sport.  The PGA sucks as it is, its not competitive, players don&#039;t play courses they don&#039;t like and yet are considered the best player in the world.  Imagine a skier saying, well I don&#039;t like the snow in Utah, I wont&#039; compete.  This needs to change.</description>
