Play the course as you find it and the ball as it lies. Aren't these guys good enough to play out of a muddy lie? A plugged ball can be lifted within the rules, and they get obscene casual water relief rulings, why don't they simply <em>follow the rules</em>? Lift, clean, and cheat is right.
