		<description>Moving the pinestraw is legal as a loose impediment.  Using your feet or hands to remove it for the purpose of having a different stance quality is building a stance.  Not disagreeing, just looking for clarity.</description>

		<description>Many people &#039;build&#039; a stance when hitting off of pine straw.  This is also a penalty even before you hit the ball.  Therefore, it must be a more compact swing with no or little lower body movement or your will slide.  You cannot clean the pine straw from under your feet.</description>
