Someone posed a great question to me and I think you are the perfect person to figure out the answer. With Tiger missing the remainder of the 2008 season, let's assume his next tournament is the 2009 Masters. What does Phil Mickelson need to do between now and then to surpass Tiger and take over the #1 spot in the Official World Golf Rankings? Being the numbers game guy I figured you could punch in some stats and scenarios into the super computer and have it spit out an answer. Let me know. Thanks!

This is the first of your podcasts I've listened to. It seems weird to hear your voices, after just seeing words on the forums.

I agree that this US Open was very enjoyable and one of the best tournaments that I've seen in a while. The only bad point I could see was having to sit up to 2-3 am each night of the weekend!

Good podcast this week. I enjoyed the section about Phil. I could not agree more with what you said, especially the part about Pelz. Dave Pelz is the exact opposite of Phil. I wasn't surprised when Phil dropped the driver, but to carry 5 wedges is nuts. So many choices you can't possibly make the right decision.

and on second thought, how can someone as scientific as Pelz advocate using 5 wedges? He always talks about using less wedges, and using the clock system for measuring your backswing.
