Pros: great feel, consistent ball flight, and very workable

Cons: none

i went to the local golf shop with my mind set on a TM Burner 2.0..... man was i wrong the guy brought in a couple of driver and the diablo octane tour and cobra s3 felt thebest out of the given.  After a couple hits with the two i found this one sounded beter and felt better.  I got this driver with a 9.5 degree loft and the Project X tour 6.0 stiff flex shaft the best combination EVER!!!!!

Pros: large sweet spot and keeps my drive lower

Cons: price went down 20 bucks the next week after I got mine.

I have had this for about 3 weeks now and ablsolutly love it.  I was using a TM burner with a 9.5 and was losing yards because of the hight of my drives.  So I picked this up with a 8.5 degree stiff shaft and I have seriously gained around 20 yards.  It is easy to hit and launches the ball.  My longest drives ever have been with this club.  I hit one 390 with a strong wind at my back and hit one 347 with no wind.

Pros: Clean look, easy setup, workable

Cons: Not very forgiving on toe hits

I have the 9.5 degree with an extra stiff shaft.

When I purchased this driver I also tried out the regular Octane and the new Razr Composite.  This one felt the best of the three hands down.  I've been using it for two months and have not been disappointed.

When I hit the sweet spot the ball just rockets off the face.  Consistently high trajectory, even with a draw, and a very satisfying "ping".  It sounds like an aluminum baseball bat!  I like the fact that the top of the head is pure black and unadorned, unlike the non-tour version.

This club has no bias and I can easily work it in either direction, although sometimes it feels off balance at the top of the back swing when playing a fade (could just be my swing).

I've been extremely satisfied with this club.

Callaway Diablo Octane Tour Driver

Callaway Diablo Octane Tour Driver The Callaway Diablo Octane Tour Driver is fueled by Forged Composite, which is the lightest, strongest material ever used in golf clubs. The new Diablo Octane Driver features that Forged Composite in the crown, giving it a significant performance advantage over all-titanium drivers. These drivers are configured to deliver unmatched power through superior design, construction and materials. The crown contains 10 million turbostratic carbon fibers that make up 33% of the clubhead, allowing Callaway to precisely control thickness like never before. The result is a clubhead that is lighter but still has an extremely high moment of inertia. This lighter clubhead enables a longer club configuration for faster head speed and ball speed for up to eight additional yards over the Diablo Edge.
