Pros: Excellent golf specific exercises that are safe.
I really liked this book. It gives you simple and effective golf specific exercises to do to increase strength and flexibility. They are very similar exercises than my physical therapist had be do to repair my rotator strength and flexibility. Joey D is a licensed PT, so he emphasizes good form. The best thing is you need very little equipment. You can do these with stretch bands and a weight.
You can do these almost anywhere. I went of vacation and brought the bands with me. some of the core exercises really work your abs and back. If you do the whole routine, it is quite a workout.
I definitely recommend this book.
