Not the best municipal out there
Pros: Par 70 in the middle of NYC
Cons: Greens and tee boxes are not in the best conditions. SLOW
Not easy to put a par 70 course in NYC but they did it despite being fairly short. Greens have overhanging trees which denies them of sun and therefore some greens aren't very good at all. Tee boxes lack maintenance and also suffer from lack of sunlight as well. Probably one of the slowest courses at peak times.
