Pros: Sturdy and Easy to use

I've read Joey D's book and was using stretch bands I got from my PT or bands at the gym to do his exercises. But I treated myself to these to bring when I travel for work or vacation.
They are well built and easy to attach to either a door or post. They are much more sturdy than other stretch bands with handles that I looked at in sporting goods stores.
I got the medium bands (not heavy). You can vary the tension by just moving further away. Heavy was too much for some of the exercises for me. You can always do more reps.
