Pros: Greens were in great shape. 18 hole with cart for <$25!

Cons: Not a lot of challenge if you were a scratch golfer. Two hole were roadside. If you slice, you will have a real chance to hit a car in traffic.

We hit this course as a second 18 on a two round day.  Very inexpensive Muni but it had surprisingly good greens.  There were a couple of holes were a slice off the tee would end up in the street to oncoming traffic

Warm Up - Grass driving range that looked nicely maintained.  We didn't bother warming up because we already played 18 in the morning.  I didn't see a practice green, but I am sure they  had one.

Tees - A little rough with bare patches on the front nine.  Back nine were nicer.

Greens - Greens were in decent shape and running 8 judging by break.  No grain to them and they were not that difficult in terms of odd ridges or multi level areas.

Rough - Some odd grass I was not familiar with. It did not look like Bermuda as it was scrubby and flat.  But it was difficult to pitch and chip out of because it would catch the club face.

Fairways - Nicely maintained and the back nine.  Front nine were a bit rough.  Narrow on the opening hole with a street on the right and houses and water left.  I was worried about hitting it into traffic.

Sand - Sort of fluffy and grey/brown.  It wasn't that hard to get out of.

Overall layout - Typical muni layout with back and forth holes.  Par 3s were not protected by water or anything.

Views - Inside a residential and commercial area.  Not really that pretty.

Staff - Friendly and welcoming.

Club House - Bar and Restaurant were decent.  We had to take a rain break.  They had beer on tap, so no worries!

Rates - It can't get any cheaper than this.  We booked on line for $23.
