Pros: consistent, long, forgiving, well balanced
My 3 and 5 woods were the oldest clubs in my bag. I recently replaced them with a Ping G-15 4 wood (17.5*). My second round with the club was my best of the year. I am not a long hitter and rely on fairway woods and hybrids a lot. On the first hole, a long par 5, I hit a poor ntee shot and had a 196 yard third shot approach to the green over a bunker. I hit this 4 wood to 3 feet and made birdie. It feels well balanced and is easy to swing. The par 3's on my home course are all long (180+ from the middle tees). I used this club on all 4 and parred 3 out of 4 using this club. Hit 2 greens, 3rd was pin high in a bunker and the fourth about 2 yards short/right. The club gives a mid high flight and lands softly (although rain made the greens quite receptive.) My mishits are fades/slices and they were minimal with this club. It is fantastic form the fairwat or tee. Just okay from the rough, depending on your lie. It has a low profile face
