Pros: short-good greens
Cons: tight fairways-small greens- elevated greens- spotty fairways
I have been playing at this course for many years it was my home course for my High school.
It is a very old course built in the early 1900,s and that would be obvious to anyone who played there by the design features.
The course can be played more conservatively than many other modern courses you can get away with less than driver on allot of holes that doesn't make it an easy course though for it makes up for being short.
3rd The third hole is a long par 4 still reachable with a long iron at least in most cases but with an elevated green and no where to bail out by the green make it a tough shot.
4Th is a reachable par 5 a rather short par 5 down hill you have to keep your ball to the right side or you are forced to lay up because a group of trees blocking the green
6Th a downhill par 4 with a severely sloped green guarded by bunkers on each side
7Th A drivable par 4 a great risk reward hole somewhere between 250-270 with an elevated green guarded by bunkers on 3 sides
The biggest cons are the course is only 9 holes and some fairways can be a bit spotty
